About the TABC Seller/Server Course

TABCpermit.com is a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission approved online seller/server training school, provider #535-608. This server training course meets all the necessary state requirements for you to receive your TABC seller/server training certificate.

Upon successful completion of the course and final exam, you can immediately print a temporary certificate. Your official TABC seller/server certification card will be mailed to you via USPS the following business day after you complete the course. Your TABC certification is valid for two years from the date of course completion.

Your training information will also be submitted to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The TABC will then enter your information into their system. Please note that this process can take up to 30-45 days after you complete the TABC certification course.

In accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules and regulations, you must complete the seller/server certification course within six consecutive hours. Click on the Certificate Inquiry link and then enter your social security number and date of birth to view your seller training record. If your certification is still valid in the TABC system, you can print that page as proof of your certification.

Can I use a dial-up or modem connection?

Yes, the system will detect if you are on a broadband connection or not. If you are on a slower connection, you will be enrolled in a "low" bandwidth version of the TABC seller training course. You can toggle between high and low bandwidth versions of the course by clicking the headphones icon located in the lower, right corner of the course.
