With pre-paid codes, your organization purchases training courses in advance and we provide you with codes that your employees use to enroll for courses. Each pre-paid code has a unique number that can only be used once for enrollment so you can assign the codes to your employees as needed. Pre-paid codes can be purchased in any quantity.
All pre-paid codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you would like to order pre-paid codes, simply fill out the request form below and we will email your pre-paid codes, receipt and registration instructions to you the same business day. Any orders received after 5:30pm CST will be sent the following business morning.

Each pre-paid code is assigned to a specific course. If you need codes for both English and Spanish courses please enter the quantity of each language needed in the "Questions/Comments" section above.
With a corporate account, your organization is assigned a special registration code that your employees use to enroll for courses. At the end of the month, you are billed for the number of courses purchased with your organization’s code. A detailed certification report showing all activity in your account is included with your invoice.
