Texas TABC Certification Online Course & Exam

TABCpermit.com is certified to offer instruction for TABC certification in the State of Texas. We are an official TABC certification school (#535-608), and our TABC certification course has been assessed and approved by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). Our school’s TABC program approval can be seen on the TABC website.

It is a TABC requirement for our TABC certification course to include laws that deal with selling or serving alcohol to intoxicated patrons, minors, and non-members at a private club. We must also provide intervention techniques that prevent alcohol sales to intoxicated patrons and minors.

Most employers will require you to be TABC certified before you are officially hired. The TABC recommends that retail establishments make TABC certification course completion mandatory for their employees who sell or serve alcohol through the "Safe Harbor Act."
