Texas TABC Certification Online Course & Exam

As required by the TABC, our online TABC class covers the laws concerning the sale or service of alcoholic beverages to minors, intoxicated customers, and non-members of a private club, as well as techniques for intervention to ensure that sales are not made to minors or intoxicated customers.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission encourages retailers to require their employees who sell or serve alcoholic beverages to complete a TABC certification course through the "Safe Harbor Act." Most employers will require you to be TABC certified before they will hire you if your job duties will include the sale, service, or delivery of alcoholic beverages.
